On the rare occasion that our products do not arrive we are happy to ship again for free, and keep doing so until you receive your order, or refund you in full. We have a team dedicated to discreet logistics and a plethora of experience in getting our products out to our customers all over the world, so we have full confidence that we can help you with your needs as well.

Should you require a prescription we can arrange one of these for you as well. We can also help with sourcing a lot of products that are not on our site. If you have any medications you cannot source locally or believe you are paying too much for, feel free to ask us and see if we can help. For customers in extremely strict jurisdictions, we can even switch out medications and put them into other containers to ensure a smooth delivery – if the customer doesn’t mind the product being removed from the original packaging.
